Irabina Autism Services is a registered charity with the ACNC. Our mission is to provide wrap-around support and education to everyone affected by autism – children, siblings, parents, carers and other professionals – irrespective of severity. We won’t turn anyone away.

What is salary packaging?
Salary Packaging allows you to increase your disposable income by reducing the tax you pay.
For each pay cycle, you allocate a portion of your income to certain expenses, such as your mortgage, car loan or other bills, to be paid prior to calculating income tax. This means that you only have to pay tax on the remainder of your income – which increases the amount of money you take home from your pay.
As a not-for-profit, Irabina employees are able to package up to $15,900 of their total annual salary.
