We Eat Together is a free school holiday program taking place in April 2023 where children and young people from culturally diverse backgrounds explore the foods of their culture.
The program is open to young people with a disability aged 5-17.

We Eat Together will be facilitated by a Dietitian and a team of Allied Health Professionals.
The program includes collaborative activities where participants will learn about the history, ingredients, preparation, and nutritional value of meals from their respective cultures.
Participants will also learn about the nutritional importance of traditional meals and receive advice on how to make healthy food choices that are culturally relevant.
Group 1: 5-11 year olds – Tuesday 11th April to Friday 14th April: 9am-12pm.
Group 2: 12-17 year olds – Monday 17th April to Wednesday 19th April: 9am-2pm

Cost: FREE – this program is fully-funded by VicHealth and completely free!
