We’ll help you build a career that can transform the lives of young people and their families
Irabina is Australia’s largest paediatric Autism specific service provider. We provide cutting edge services to children and young people with autism. We employ people who are supportive, compassionate and committed, who truly want to make a difference in the lives of families and play a vital role in our mission to transform the lives of children and young people with autism.
We’ve been growing at an enormous rate over the last few years. That strength meant during the Covid lockdown, when others were closing their doors or laying off staff, we were able to maintain every single staff member and continued to grow exponentially. As we grow, we need more passionate people to join our Irabina family.
We have multiple job opportunities available at our Bayswater, Pakenham/Cardinia and Bundoora sites, as well as remote options for people working from home.
At Irabina we value the expertise, dedication and innovation that each employee brings.
Our wrap-around model enables us to provide clients with a ‘one stop shop’ for all related services, in turn providing our staff with an unprecedented opportunity to operate in a truly multi-disciplinary environment.
We encourage team members to collaborate, explore and innovate when developing programs, enabling you to expand your skills, and for Irabina to provide our clients with a best-in-class, bespoke program, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Irabina is a registered charity with the ACNC. Our mission is to provide wrap-around support to children, young people and families affected by autism.
We are a passionate advocate and active fundraiser, frequently speaking on behalf of families with autism, liaising with the NDIA, and arranging charity events to raise much-needed funds.
As a not-for-profit, we are also able to provide additional financial benefits to our employees, including salary packaging of up to $15,900 each FBT year.
At Irabina we are committed to recognising the achievements and expertise of our staff, providing them with opportunities to be recognised both inside and outside the business.
Alongside the webinars, workshops and symposiums that we host, our staff are also regularly invited to speak at industry events, providing you with opportunities to share your expertise to parents, carers and other professionals.
Internally, our staff recognition awards provide employees with an opportunity to nominate one another for their integrity, support, excellence and empowerment.
