Irabina is the biggest paediatric autism service provider in Australia and has been supporting children and young people with autism for the past 50 years. We are at the cutting edge of service delivery and have helped shape how autism therapies are delivered in Australia through evidence-based support, intervention services, education and training programs.

This is a senior role where your expertise will be rewarded as you help make a difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism.

You will:

  • Be responsible for intakes and intake referrals at Irabina Autism Services
  • Provide family-centred support, advice and coordination at intakes, and ensure appropriate services are scheduled to align with an individuals’ goals and priorities
  • Have a thorough understanding of the NDIS framework, the price guide and support catalogues
  • Make use of superior organisation skills to manage intake waitlists and appointment prioritisation
  • Provide education and training workshops to parents, professionals and the wider community to broaden their knowledge of Autism and how best to support individuals on the Autism Spectrum
  • Attend and contribute to regular trans-disciplinary meetings
  • Contribute to Irabina-wide planning regarding intake and referrals
  • Participate in clinical supervision and mentoring sessions
  • Provide clinical supervision to more junior staff members
