Irabina is the biggest paediatric autism service provider in Australia and has been supporting children and young people with autism for the past 50 years. We are at the cutting edge of service delivery and have helped shape how autism therapies are delivered in Australia through evidence-based support, intervention services, education and training programs.

Our Specialist Behaviour program is the only one of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, providing a variety of treatment options to reduce dangerous and disruptive behaviours. We take pride in our services, and alongside supporting clients each day we run workshops, seminars and training days for parents, carers and professionals.

You will:

  • Assist and advise the General Manager with relation to the Specialist Behaviour Program at Irabina
  • Support the General Manager to develop Irabina’s Specialist Behaviour services
  • Provide high-level clinical support to team members within the Specialist Bahaviour Program
  • Work closely with other clinical leaders across Irabina’s trans-disciplinary services
  • Have high level conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Have at least 7 years’ clinical experience
  • Be a confident communicator, with experience in a leadership role
