As our ICT Support Officer you will assist Irabina’s growth to ensure we continue delivering unparalleled care to those who need it the most.

About the Role:

Reporting to the the Senior Manager, Technology and Information Systems, you will leverage your understanding of ICT systems and processes to ensure continuity of services and contribute to ICT projects.

This is a 12 month, full time role, with potential to be ongoing for the right candidate.

About You:

You will be a proficient multi-tasker, confident monitoring and supporting an organisation’s IT infrastructure and services. You will enjoy the challenge of tackling new ICT projects, and be comfortable preparing documentation and providing training. You will have experience working with a managed services provider, managing priorities and escalating service tickets as required.

You will have:

  • Qualification in IT, computer science or other related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, ideally in a role where multi-tasking and variety of responsibilities were present
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint and O365 Administration
  • Proven experience in controlling vendor’s performance against an SLA
  • Proven experience in contributing to complex technical projects
  • Previous exposure to healthcare industry will be looked upon favourably

You will have a strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer objectives, requirements and constraints, and maintain relationships with a range of internal stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor Irabina’s ICT network & systems performance, coordinate maintenance and upgrades, report on systems performance and escalate issues as required.
  • Monitor performance of a managed services provider, prioritise and escalate service tickets as required to ensure timely resolution to a required quality.
  • Address system and network problems, hardware/software and telecommunications equipment faults, relevant application issues in timely and proactive manner.
  • Ensure all staff has an appropriate, authorised and uninterrupted access to internal systems and resource, all system/ process changes and service interruptions are properly and proactively communicated to staff.
  • Administer and manage relevant internal applications (SharePoint, Zoom and other as directed by Senior Manager, Technology and Information Systems).
  • Manage and control hardware assets and maintain an up-to-date hardware register.
  • Maintain ICT policies and procedures, contribute to their development and updates.
  • Coordinate deployment of ICT infrastructure and telco upgrades to new/existing Irabina sites.
  • Contribute to implementation of ICT projects, preparation of UAT/training documentation and delivery of ICT related training to end users as required.
