Irabina is the biggest paediatric autism service provider in Australia and has been supporting children and young people with autism for the past 50 years. We are at the cutting edge of service delivery and have helped shape how autism therapies are delivered in Australia through evidence-based support, intervention services, education and training programs.

Currently based in Bayswater, VIC, we anticipate this role will move to Stonnington area within 12 months as we shift our head office to a new location.

You will:

  • Directly support our CEO (the incredible Deb Goldfinch) in her day-to-day work
  • Be motivated, organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Be an excellent researcher, able to gather background-information to support informed decision making and planning
  • Have 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Be a project management superstar, confident prioritising tasks and communicating with all levels of the business
  • Have a “can do” attitude, ready to help out wherever needed
  • Be passionate about our industry, and want to make a difference for autistic children and their families
