Community Hub Manager – Cardinia

Irabina is currently looking to engage a Community Hub Manager for our Cardinia Hub. The successful candidate would be responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical services of Irabina to ensure an efficient, effective and streamlined consumer delivery experience within the context of child focused, family centered practice. The Community Hub Manager is required to maintain quality control standards across the consumer delivery experience through ensuring that the goods and services provided by Irabina meets the consumer needs and aspirations within the context of their purchasing control.

The Community Hub Manager is to provide ongoing support to the Executive Director – Clinical Services to identify Quality Improvement initiatives that will strengthen the consumer delivery experience and that will ensure all programs and services are cost effective and efficient for Irabina. The Community Hub Manager is expected to provide leadership to the Clinical Team at Cardinia Hub.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven record of previous Allied Health Practice Management.
  • Advanced clinical leadership experience.
  • Excellent understanding and management of the NDIS system.
  • Ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice and exceed expectations in consumer experience.
  • Have a strong focus on customer service and leadership.
  • Self-management skills including organisational skills, flexibility, capacity to deal with pressure and ability to exercise sound judgement in complex situations and work effectively either individually or as part of a team.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including consulting, conflict resolution and IT literacy.
  • Must be able to meet National Police Certificate, Working with Children Check and DWES requirements.
  • Proven track record in the delivery of clinical practice including diagnostics with children and young people diagnosed with an Autism.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of how other clinical professions provide goods and services to consumers with a child and/or young person with an Autism.
  • A sound understanding of transdisciplinary practices to ensure the consumer experience is holistic and integrated, wherever possible.
  • Conceptual thinking skills, with capacity to develop robust quality controls to ensure a quality consumer delivery experience.
  • Commitment to shared leadership and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Conceptual and analytical skills to understand the external operating environment of Irabina to identify risks and opportunities for the organization.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours as there may be times when you will be required to work outside of normal business hours.
